Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These Terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Airendil Networks. Please read the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections carefully — RF predictions produced by the tool are estimates, not guarantees.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airendil RF planning tool, the website at airendil.com, the documentation at docs.airendil.com, and the application at tools.airendil.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Airendil Networks (“Airendil”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Airendil is a browser-based tool for radio-frequency (RF) network planning — line-of-sight and Fresnel-zone analysis, link-budget estimation, and terrain-shadowed coverage mapping using publicly available elevation and land-cover data. The core analysis engine is available free of charge. Optional Premium features are available by paid subscription (see Section 4).

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You may use the free tool without an account. Some features (such as cloud saves and Premium) require an account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@airendil.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including radio-spectrum, licensing, and aviation regulations applicable to your deployment);
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying providers;
  • resell, sublicense, or present the Service as your own without our written permission; or
  • circumvent usage limits, feature gates, or billing.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

  • Plans & pricing. Premium is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes, which may be added.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own terms.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or from the Account panel in the tool. Cancellation stops future charges; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Price changes. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period after the notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the network designs, node data, settings, and files (“Your Content”) you create or upload. You grant Airendil a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to provide cloud saves and generate reports). You are responsible for keeping your own backups; you can export Your Content as KML at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, text, and branding — is owned by Airendil or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Third-Party Services & Data

The Service relies on third-party providers, including map and elevation data (e.g. Mapbox), payment processing (Stripe), and hosting and authentication (Supabase, Vercel). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services, and your use of data they provide may be subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

RF predictions are estimates. Coverage maps, link budgets, Fresnel-zone clearances, and related outputs are modelled approximations based on third-party terrain and land-cover data and simplified propagation models. They may differ materially from real-world performance. You must independently verify results before relying on them, and you must not use the Service as the sole basis for safety-critical, emergency, life-safety, or regulatory-compliance decisions. You are solely responsible for your network deployments and for compliance with all applicable laws and licences.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airendil and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airendil’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airendil from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
